Contact RenderCents
For pricing corrections, calculator issues, or privacy questions, email [email protected].
Report a pricing correction
Include the model, API host, output settings, and the calculator result you saw. A link to the provider's current pricing page helps us check the rate and its billing rules.
For a calculator problem, include the page URL, browser, and steps that produced the result. Please do not send API keys, passwords, payment details, or private prompts.
This link opens your email app. You must send the message there; opening the link does not submit a message to RenderCents.
Provider billing questions
RenderCents provides estimates and cannot access provider accounts or refund API charges. Contact your API host for billing disputes, account access, and generation failures.
We use information you email us to respond and investigate the reported issue. Read the privacy policy for the site's other data practices.
